Dearest YATS friends,
Over the next five weeks we will need your help to build sets, sew costumes, cook, load and unload scenery, do hair and make-up, chase props, set the mics and welcome our 500-strong audiences to five performances – so to bring YATS Oliver! to life.
Every year our production requires 100 volunteers or so to make the show exceptional, once again! With every costume stitched, prop found, drink served, and smile in the lobby will make the night magical for our young actors and every guest.
Why this matters:
- Our cast of young performers will grow before your eyes. Your support gives them the confidence to shine.
- The audience feels the YATS spirit as soon as they step into the Point d’Eau lobby. A welcoming, American-style reception sets the tone for the entire evening.
- Behind-the-scenes work is vital! A smooth backstage, a warm house, and friendly front-of-house create lasting memories for families and YATS community.
What we ask:
- Bring you energy, your reliability, and your teamwork for these five performances.
- Communicate with your team leaders and share your ideas.
- Have fun and contribute to the YATS spirit of friendship. Invite your families and friends to join us – all are welcome to lend a hand!
How we will support you:
- Communication, schedules, and sign-ups will be shared via our WhatsApp community.
- Team leads will offer quick training and on-the-night guidance.
- Each show, and the cast party, will be a joyful occasion to celebrate our collective contributions.
