ABOUT YATS
Founded in 2013, Young Actors Theater Strasbourg (YATS) is one of the leading English-language musical theater companies in continental Europe. Based in Strasbourg, YATS produces fully staged, professional-quality musicals performed entirely in English by young performers aged 9 to 19. The company’s casts regularly bring together more than 15 nationalities, reflecting Strasbourg’s unique international character — and for most performers, English is not their first language. Each season, YATS draws audiences of over 2,500 — an exceptional figure for an English-language musical theater company in continental Europe, and a testament to the company’s reputation for high production values and compelling performances.
