Help Us Make the Magic Happen – Join the YATS Volunteer Team!
This fall, Oliver! is coming to life on the YATS stage — and we can’t do it without a fabulous crew of volunteers behind the scenes and out front. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, student, retiree, or just a local theater fan, there’s a role for you in this adventure!
There are two great ways to get involved — depending on your time, talents, and how much coffee you need to get through a tech rehearsal…
- Be Part of the Backstage Brigade
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the full experience, we’d love to have you backstage with us. This is perfect if you can commit to attending some rehearsals and show days. No experience needed — just enthusiasm! Help us build, move, and paint sets, track down props, fit costumes, do makeup, or keep the cast calm and caffeinated. The camaraderie is real — and often just as entertaining as what’s onstage! - Join Our Front-of-House Heroes
If your schedule’s a bit more Dickensian, fear not! We’re also looking for folks who can lend a hand on show nights only — baking cakes, pouring drinks, selling snacks & merch, handing out playbills, or helping audience members find their seats. These small but mighty contributions are what make the YATS atmosphere so welcoming.
Whether you’re up for a full run or just fancy baking a tray of brownies, your help truly makes a difference.
Ready to get involved? Just let us know via Facebook or Instagram — and join the team!
