Yes, registration is now officially open for auditions for our Fall 2026 production of The Music Man. If you’ve been dreaming of stepping onto the stage with YATS Strasbourg, this is your moment. Audition Dates: May 23–24, 2026 | Available Slots: 108 audition time-slots across the two days. Each year, we typically welcome around 90 talented young actors auditioning for a limited number of roles—so competition is real. If you want to be part of this production, preparation is key.
How to give yourself the best chance of being cast for The Music Man:
- Sign up for a (Free) Pre-Audition Workshop : We are offering two free workshops on May 16 and May 17 designed to help you feel confident and ready. These sessions are a fantastic way to understand what we’re looking for and to refine your performance skills before audition day.
- Practice & Prepare: Make sure you carefully follow the audition guidelines. This includes selecting and preparing a song, understanding the audition format, and knowing what to expect on the day. (NB: a new dance routine will be a required element; instructional videos will be available soon.)
- Proficiency Matters: All of our productions are performed in English, so you need a very good level in order to join the cast.
